Choosing The Perfect Ping Golf Clubs Sets and Bags for Any Golfer

Ping golf clubs are a great option for golfers of many levels. Take heed of these tips when choosing your set.

Finding a great set of golf clubs is all about knowing what you should buy.  That means knowing what the best are based upon how you like to play, or your individual handicap when golfing. You have to have the right types of Ping golf clubs that are ideal for you, if you want to be able to golf your best, as even just the slightest deviation from your comfort zone can put your swing off.  That’s why it’s important you consider everything from the ground up, when you’re after the ideal set.

What you’re going to find with just about any types of Ping golf clubs, is that you have a ton of customization options.  Besides just choosing your driver, irons, fairway woods, putter, and wedges by the different lines they have available.  You want to think about your core mechanics, to ensure that you have quality clubs that are really worth the money.

1) Finding a complete set.

If you want to ensure that you have a complete set of Ping golf clubs, you have to be sure that you have a few certain components.  You need to have a great quality driver first off, but beyond that you need at least two fairway woods for the shorter holes where a full driver is too much force.  From there you want to have a good set of irons, typically from the 5 or 6 iron to your wedge.  But then you need a good weighted putter in order to get the job done from there.

2) Choose the right level of clubs.

This means finding those that are made for beginners to mid level players, or those that are made for low handicappers that can handle everything a championship golf course has to throw at them.  If you fall into the former, you are going to want to go with something like the Ping K15 Driver class for example.  They feature larger heads on the clubs that also redistribute to increase your inertia to make the club more forgivable.

Whereas a Ping G15 Draw driver is going to actually going to provide the control you need if you’re a more experienced player, as the weight is distributed to give you maximum control, so that you’re in total control.  This way, you can make adjustments to your swing to control the flight of the ball to hopefully avoid the obstacles on the course.

3) You need to find the right type of shaft for your clubs.

This is important, as most typically Ping golf clubs manufacture two different types of shafts for all of your golfing needs. They are going to come with either graphite or steel shafts.  Graphite is the way to go if you’re looking for something strong and durable, but you also want to ensure that you get a good amount of flex to make up for a slower or less experienced swing.  However, steel is the way to go if you’re a more experienced golfer that’s worked out all the kinks in their game.  This way, you can be sure you’re able to control the ball better as you power right on through.

4) Pick the right putter.

Don’t forget that you have to carefully select your putter to match your skill level as well.  A tendency among newer golfers is to twist that little bit when putting, which can totally throw the ball off, and is going to make it a lot harder for you to sink a putt.  But with the right type of Ping golf clubs like the IN series CRAZ-E putter, you’ll find the weight is more evenly distributed towards the back of the club face, so it resists twisting naturally.  This can be key when you’re getting used to the game.

5) Always get a Ping golf bag that’s right for the way that you play.

This means you want to find those that feature either stand along frame construction, or golf cart construction.  Stand alone bags are more ideal if you’re carrying them on your shoulders, when you’re going to walk the course.  But you need a cart bag if you’re going to be taking a golf cart around, so that they sit in the back more securely and that much more easily as well.
